Exhibition/Presentation
Thursday 29th
April 2004
With Lionel Sams – Bob
Anderson and Phil Jones
Hosted by Tony Cox and John
Fraser of Sheppey Treble
Board League
The exhibition and
Presentation was very well
received with over 400
people in attendance and the
darts were second to none
with Bob ‘The Limestone
Cowboy’ Anderson being the
life and soul of the party
and Lionel ‘The Lion’ Sams
not scoring lower than 134!
All night long.
The Pairs matches were all
fantastic with some very
heavy scoring games going
on. After very close games
the matches were only just
won by Bob and Lionel (and
sweating heavily at this
point!) with the sheer
concentration on trying to
beat some of the finest
darts players that Sheppey
could produce! (are you sure
they are not from the
Professional Darts
Circuit!!?) We thought they
were ringers!!!

Not to be outdone by the
sheer professionalism of the
Sheppey Treble Board League
Professional Players!! (we
did think they were ringers)
the organisers Tony Cox and
John Fraser thought it would
be a laugh to have one over
on the MC – Mr Debonair –
Phil Jones and whilst in the
midst of a very important
speech – decided to do a
Benny Hill impression around
the entire venue (and it was
big!) dressed as Tweetie Pie
and Sylvester the cat! –
this was a first – we are
sure of that – BUT!! Yes –
Old PJ (Phil Jones to you
and I) was speechless for
all of 10 minutes..
This all goes to show that

forever popular and if you
